One UK Power Station was supplied with 6 prototype Hydrapower Valve Assemblies to replace the old Shuttle units that were experiencing excessive wear due to new types of fuels being fired. The new assemblies have been designed as a direct replacement for the old units & are compatible with the existing oil guns & fuel supply & return system. Once field trials were proven satisfactory the site has now ordered 50 units & will eventually have 108 when all the burners have been re-fitted. |
Credfeld have recently designed, manufactured and supplied two Low NOx Dual Gun Oil Burners for one 60 T/H water tube boiler to be supplied to a site in the Middle East.

The scope of our supply included two Dual Gun Heavy Oil Burners mounted in individual Windboxes complete with individual Air Control Dampers; one Twin Burner Management and Combustion Control Panel; one forced draught fan suitable for two Burners' air supply; one Main Fuel Supply Skid with Atomizing Steam Station and individual Burner Valve Trains.

The scope also included Credfeld LT300 Igniters and Flame Eye FE2020 main flame scanners all interconnected to a Local Panel mounted on each Windbox.

Credfeld have completed commissioning the 3rd Boiler at Rio Tinto Alcan, Lynemouth Power Station. This included Air Atomised PF Light Up Burners, Oil Flame Eyes, Coal Flame Eyes, LT300 Igniters & Burner Management Systems. In addition to this a fibre optic communications link was installed to the Power Station Control Centre to show the coal flame signal strength on each burner. The Coal & Oil Flame Scanners have been configured to give 100% discrimination under all load conditions. |
Credfeld have recently supplied and installed Flame Eye FE4 UV/IR Multi-Fuel Flame Scanners to a Heat and Power Plant in Scandinavia. The installation and commissioning was carried out in less than one week to the delight of the customer
and further sets were ordered and delivered for other boilers on the site.

In February 2008, Credfeld Ltd signed an exclusive agreement with Kdwin Tech for representation in Korea for combustion systems. Credfeld completed many installations in the past and the new agent will be looking to build on the existing good reputation for quality products and low emission combustion. There is also a good potential for spare parts procurement through Kdwin Tech. |

Credfeld have commissioned and tested a Single Burner Package, complete with Oil Flame Eye suitable for firing Diesel Fuel with Zero Soot emissions at 0.5% O2. The burner was tested at 0.4 MW and also at 1.04 MW in the same combustion chamber and utilised our standard Low NOx Burner Design scaled down to suit the application.

Credfeld have received the purchase order for phase 1 & 2, to supply Oil Burners, Burner Management, Ignition Control Systems and Flame Monitoring to Alcan Smelting & Power, Lynemouth, UK. |
In December 2006 Credfeld was assigned to supply and install 32 LT 300XL Ignition Systems for a UK Oil Fired Power Station.
