60T/H boiler burners commissioned in Syria:
Two Low NOx heavy oil burners have recently been successfully commissioned on a new 60T/H water tube boiler installed at a sugar factory in
Credfeld supplied Low NOx oil burners, windboxes, dampers, LT300 ignition systems, FE2020 Flame Eye main flame scanners, main valve skids and modular valve assemblies together with burner management and combustion control and main combustion air fan.
Improved boiler performance with the installation of Credfeld permanent pilots & BMS upgrade.
The original 9 x 9MW natural gas burners have been adapted to accept the Credfeld Hazardous Area Igniters, that double as permanent pilots to enable the main burners to be turned off when not required and the boiler to be returned to service seamlessly without having to go through a boiler purge cycle. This has been done to increase availability considerably without compromising on safety, efficiency, reliability or other operational parameters.
35% NOx Reduction on Heavy Oil Firing with Credfeld Osynox Atomizers & Swirlers Credfeld have installed two boiler sets of Low NOx heavy oil Osynox atomizers and matched swirl vane flame stabilizers at Delimara Power Station in Malta. These have been fitted to bring the emissions down in line with the latest regulations of 450mg/Nm3 NOx and a corresponding particulate emission limit of 50mg/Nm3 for existing plant.
The original 6 x 41MW heavy oil burners on Units 1 and 2 have been adapted to accept the Credfeld critical components that have been proven on many installations elsewhere to reduce emissions considerably without compromising on efficiency or other operational parameters. The Graphical Emission Report below shows Unit 1 and 2's performance over the period, 11th July to 10th August 2010 and the dramatic decrease in NOx emissions from Unit 1 when the new Osynox atomizers were sequentially fitted and the combustion trimmed between 1st August 2010 and 3rd August 2010. During this period the NOx was reduced from 800mg/Nm3 NOx to 450mg/Nm3 NOx. The new Swirlers are yet to fitted on Unit 1 to bring it inline with Unit 2. Enemalta Graphical Emission Report
Credfeld have recently designed, manufactured and supplied two Low NOx Dual Gun Oil Burners for one 60 T/H water tube boiler to be supplied to a site in the Middle East.
The scope of our supply included two Dual Gun Heavy Oil Burners mounted in individual Windboxes complete with individual Air Control Dampers; one Twin Burner Management and Combustion Control Panel; one forced draught fan suitable for two Burners' air supply; one Main Fuel Supply Skid with Atomizing Steam Station and individual Burner Valve Trains.
The scope also included Credfeld LT300 Igniters and Flame Eye FE2020 main flame scanners all interconnected to a Local Panel mounted on each Windbox.

Credfeld have recently supplied and installed Flame Eye FE4 UV/IR Multi-Fuel Flame Scanners to a Heat and Power Plant in Scandinavia. The installation and commissioning was carried out in less than one week to the delight of the customer and further sets were ordered and delivered for other boilers on the site.
In December 2006 Credfeld was assigned to supply and install 32 LT 300XL Ignition Systems for a UK Oil Fired Power Station.
In August 2006 Credfeld was assigned to supply and install 138 Credfeld Flame Eye and LT300 Ignition systems to Grootvlei Power Station in South Africa. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
